If your heating or hot water is not working call Tiger Gas and we will route an engineer to you as soon as possible. We are highly qualified in boiler fault diagnostics and pride ourselves in our effectiveness. You have quality assurance and efficiency with us.

In most cases we will fix your issue straight away using the manufacturer parts we keep on hand at all times for a variety of different boiler models. In the exceptional circumstance where we need a specific part that needs to be ordered in, we will return the following day and try our very best to give you a temporary solution.

Is there a call out fee for an emergency repair?

Yes, there will be a call-out fee applicable for your Tiger Gas engineer to come out to you.

£60 between 08:00-17:00
£70 between 17:00-00:00
£100 between 00:00-08:00

How fast can you fix my issue?

We aim to get an engineer to you within 2 hours of you making that call. Moving forward the length of time it takes to fix the issue is completely dependant on the issue itself. In most cases we can get your boiler fixed with the manufacturer approved parts we keep with us within 2 hours. Sometimes it does take longer, but this is completely dependant on the issue itself.

Is repairing my boiler worth it?

Majority of the time, we can fix your boiler and it will continue to provide more years of service. It is very rare when we can't fix your boiler.

Sometimes our clients decide the cost of repairing the boiler isn't worth it compared to opting into a new heating system or boiler.

Our engineers are more than qualified to advise you on your options.

When it comes to replacing your existing boiler with a new one, our engineer will talk you through the different manufacturers and models and warranties available.
